Where is JAUR jewelry crafted?

All pieces are made in our Chicago atelier, where production is controlled in small batches to maintain consistency in proportion, structure and finish.

Can JAUR pieces be worn in water?

Yes. All our pieces are made from solid gold, never plated or filled. They are designed for everyday wear and stay true to their finish through water and time.

What diamond standards does JAUR use?

We work with lab-grown diamonds selected within precise ranges for color, clarity and cut accuracy. Each stone is chosen to align with the scale and intention of the design.

What exactly are lab-grown diamonds?

Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds with the same physical, chemical and optical properties as mined diamonds. The difference is in origin, not material.

Does JAUR work exclusively with lab-grown diamonds?

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds allow us to design responsibly with full traceability while maintaining exceptional quality.

Can a lab-grown diamond be visually distinguished from a mined one?

Not by the naked eye. Only specialized gemological tools can identify the origin of a diamond.

Are your diamonds and gold responsibly sourced?

Yes. Our diamonds are grown in controlled environments with documented origin, and our gold is sourced from certified, conflict-free suppliers.

SIZING & MODULAR DESIGN

How do I choose the right stud size?

Each size creates a different proportion on the ear. Product pages show scale references on the model, and the size guide provides additional measurements to help you select the fit that feels most natural to you.

What are the length options for your chain?

The chain adjusts to 15 inches, 17 inches and 18 inches. These points allow the piece to sit close to the neck, at mid-length or at a more relaxed drop.

How do your modular earrings connect and wear on the ear?

A stud acts as the anchor. Add-ons attach through a refined connection point that lets you adjust the overall silhouette without adding unnecessary weight or bulk to the ear.

How does your necklace design adjust and pair with add-ons?

The adjustable chain serves as the base form. Add-ons attach cleanly without interrupting the line of the chain, keeping the final silhouette considered and cohesive.

Can JAUR add-ons connect to jewelry from other brands?

JAUR components are engineered to specific dimensions and tolerances. Other pieces may not share the same scale or attachment design, so compatibility cannot be guaranteed.

RINGS & SIZING

Which ring sizes does JAUR offer?

Rings are available in U.S. sizes 3 through 11, including half sizes. Each ring is made to order.

What if I need a size not listed?

You can email us, and our team will note the request for future releases.

Can I exchange my ring if the size isn’t correct?

Yes. Since each size is made to order, exchanges may take up to three weeks.

How do I determine my ring size?

You can use our ring sizer PDF or measure the inner diameter of an existing ring and match it to our size chart.

What is the width of your ring bands?

The bands measure 1.65 millimeters, chosen for a balanced profile and stable structure.

Can your rings be worn daily?

Yes. They are crafted from solid 14K gold and built for continuous wear.

Are your bands rounded?

Yes. They have a subtle curve that keeps the profile smooth and comfortable.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

Which countries does JAUR ship to?

We ship worldwide at no additional cost.

Is shipping complimentary?

Yes. Shipping is included for all orders.

How are duties and taxes handled at checkout?

We include applicable duties and taxes wherever possible.
In the United States and Canada, import duties are included and sales tax appears at checkout.
In the EU, UK, Norway, Switzerland, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia and the UAE, VAT and local taxes are included in the final price.
Other regions may require prepayment of duties at checkout.

Will U.S. orders incur any additional tariffs or fees?

No. All duties and tariffs are covered by us, and the checkout total is final.

How long does it take for my order to be made and shipped?

Processing takes one to two business days. Production takes five to seven business days. All pieces ship through insured two-day FedEx Express. During launches or holidays, production may require added time.

How do I track my shipment?

A tracking link is emailed once your order leaves the atelier. If you need further updates, our support team can assist.

Is my order insured during transit?

Yes. Every shipment is fully insured from dispatch to delivery. If a package does not arrive within seven days of shipping, contact us and we will activate insurance and arrange a replacement.

Can I update or cancel my order after placing it?

Email us as soon as possible. We can make adjustments before the order ships.

How do I change the currency displayed on the website?

You can select your preferred currency directly on the website. If something appears incorrect, reach out to us for support.

WARRANTY & CARE

What does the JAUR warranty cover?

Every piece includes a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover natural wear or accidental damage.

Do JAUR pieces include a certificate of authenticity?

Yes. Each piece includes a certificate confirming its materials, traceability and final quality inspection.

PIERCINGS

What type of backing do JAUR piercings use?

Our piercings use a flat screw-back design that sits securely and evenly against the ear. Classic studs use butterfly backs.

What is the post length of your piercings?

The post measures 8 millimeters, a length chosen for stability and comfort.

Which ear placements are suitable for your piercings?

They work well for the earlobe, conch, midi and inner helix. A shorter post may be preferred for the tragus.

How do I secure the flat-back piercing correctly?

Insert the flat back from behind the ear and rotate the front piece gently until aligned and secure.

What distinguishes JAUR piercings from your classic studs?

Piercings use a flat screw-back for long-term wear. Classic studs use a traditional post and butterfly back for everyday ease.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange my piece?

Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn and returned in its original packaging.

Are return and exchange shipments complimentary?

Yes. Shipping both ways is included, and refunds are processed within five business days of receiving the return.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email us with your order number. We will send a prepaid label and clear instructions.

Can I return an item purchased during a promotion?

Yes. If the return changes the order total below a promotional threshold, the adjusted discount will apply.

DUTIES, TARIFFS & TAXES

Will I be charged any additional fees upon delivery?

No. All duties, tariffs and taxes are covered by us when applicable.

Why might DHL request my SSN for a U.S. order?

For U.S. orders above 2500 USD, Customs requires importer information. DHL may request your SSN or EIN to complete clearance. This information is shared only with Customs.

How do I update my region or currency?

Select your shipping country at the bottom of the site to update currency automatically.

PAYMENTS

Which payment methods does JAUR accept?

We accept major credit cards, regional payment options, PayPal, Apple Pay and Klarna. Available methods vary by location.

Do discount codes apply during promotions?

Not during sitewide offers, as promotional pricing is already built into the checkout total.

What is Klarna and how does it work? 

Klarna allows the order total to be divided into four equal, interest-free payments. You can select it at checkout and follow the steps provided.

GIFTING

Does JAUR offer gift wrapping?

Yes. Pieces can be wrapped in considered, sustainable packaging. A personal note can be added at checkout.

What if I’m unsure what to gift?

Our curated sets offer balanced combinations suited to different preferences in scale and proportion.

Are digital gift cards available?
 

Yes. Digital gift cards are delivered instantly by email and do not expire.

Does JAUR offer a loyalty program?

Yes. Points accumulate with every purchase and can be redeemed toward future pieces.

How do I join the program?

Create an account. You will receive 100 points upon joining.

How are points earned?

Points accumulate through purchases and select profile actions such as following our social channels or entering your birthday.

How can I use my points?

Points convert to credits that apply directly at checkout. Reward tiers range from 20 dollars off to 400 dollars off based on order value.

Why isn’t my voucher applying at checkout?

Vouchers cannot be used with other promotions and may require a minimum order total.
